Our story

What began as a focused repair workshop grew into a full-service technical organisation serving homes, retailers, and institutions across the region. Penguin Service invested early in training, tooling, and traceable workflows—so every job, from a set-top box to a complex PCB, is handled with consistency.

Today, our footprint spans 10+ offices and 100+ service locations, backed by 600+ professionals and 20,000+ sq. ft. of lab and repair infrastructure.
